Not what we were expecting for our son’s first haircut. I had high hopes given I’ve been a long time client of the parent barbershop that sits adjacen...t for many years. The barber initially reserved (Jay) cancelled last minute and Angela stepped in, not sure why the change as no explanation was provided. My son was scared and just not having it in the chair so the haircut is uneven and just looks unfinished. Being a child’s barbershop, I was expecting much more communication from the barber to state what style would look best as well as assist in putting my son at ease. Overall, we feel robbed from a first experience that should have been joyful. Show more

Do not bring your kids here. We used to love it. Nini was the best. But since Nini left, it’s awful. Angela is rude, impatient with the kids , does no...t listen to what the parents ask for in regards to the haircut , and leaves the haircuts uneven. We tried going twice after Nini left and had horrible experiences both times. It’s not worth the high prices to have terrible service and bad haircuts. We will not be returning. Show more

My daughter was nervous about her hair cut, but she was eager to sit in the airplane and watch some TV, so that put her at ease! Nini did a great job ...giving her hair a more grown-up style and making the process quick and pleasant. My daughter is too shy to show excitement while we were in the shop, but as soon as we left she was grinning from ear to ear about her new 'do and the cute bow she got to pick out for it. Big thanks!
