She's very unprofessional and misleading. I had a wedding to attend so I wanted a fresh look. She literally wasn't home when I arrived and tells me sh...e forgot to cancel. She left me hanging and all she had to say was my bad. 14 hours or not. It's unprofessional to have a client arrive, have to make contact with you regarding an appointment that you never cancel. You never tried remedying the circumstance.
