Charged me more than I was supposed to pay because he gave himself a tip through the app when scheduling my appointment and I couldn’t change it. I ...originally scheduled an appointment using the app for the first time without looking at the age bracket. So I scheduled it for a $20 cut. My son is a teenager so it was supposed to be a $25 cut apparently. When I first scheduled it I did not add a tip. Jamon said he would go back and fix it since I already paid my $15 deposit. So when he fixed it I was charged $15 more in total.🤔 He added a $5 tip for himself and I couldn’t change it! I didn’t say anything about it because I didn’t want there to be a problem over the added tip and lose out on $15. So I just went through with it. But I told myself I wouldn’t bother doing it again. But since I was sent a review I just told the God honest truth about my experience using the service! Show more

I didn't overcharge you, nor did I give myself a tip. You booked for a haircut in the 4-12 year old (@ $20), your son is 16 ( haircuts @ $25). I told you when you booked the appointment that you booked under the wrong section (4-12year old @ $20), then I told you I would put you in the correct bracket for payment. Second, you tipped me when you booked the appointment, not the other way around. I don't have a reason to steal (tip myself). You paid your balance in cash. There was no way possible for me to tip myself from the app. When I get tipped, it comes from when you make a deposit, so you must've overlooked that part!!! You get an invoice of a payment breakdown, sent to your email. Apparently you never checked it to say what you said in this review!!!

With it being last minute and having to travel 30 minutes plus being a first time customer I was hesitant at first but my son needed his hair cut. Onc...e we arrived he made us very comfortable. Loved the atmosphere and playlist was on point. Once done cutting my son hair he loved it and couldn’t wait to take a picture and send it to all of his aunts.
