Hurt ain’t the word. We calling a day before to make sure he could handle my son. I paid 40 for my sons first haircut and my boyfriend told him a low ...tape and my son has autism soo he sat and did really good at the beginning then started crying that’s when i realized my baby was shaved bald in the middle and when mentioning it he said HE’D rather give him a low fade . It was too late to even get anything because he was already bald then after the cut he kept trying to go low and lower which he’s screaming and crying till we physically took him out of the chair. NO LINING JUST A BALD FADE ON A 2 YEAR OLD IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER FOR $40. my baby will never get a hair cut again because of this, i’m soo hurt for my baby and feel bad for even putting him through it! I want to sincerely apologize. Before you left, I checked with you to make sure things were to your satisfaction. You had no complaints, nor did you discuss any discrepancies prior to leaving. We could have discussed these things before you left. I gave the best haircut to the description you provided. He does not have a bald fade, as you said in your complaint. There must have been a slight miscommunication in this process that we both overlooked. The way you described this situation is not how things went. I have serviced plenty of autistic children & currently have autistic clients who have been with me for at least 10 years. I tested your sons reactions to the clippers, noise, vibrations, etc, to see if he had any triggers that would hinder him in this process. I apologize again.
