I'm really hurt by this review and it breaks my heart. With all do respect. You were 35 minutes late. You missed your entire haircut appointment time. Because of that, I cut your son during my lunch break. I went above and beyond what was asked to help you out. By making a personal sacrifice. This is an unfair review as you did not honor your appointment time in the first place...To the general public, I would like to say I care about giving the best service I can. In this instance I made a personal sacrifice to go above and beyond and it blew up in my face. I thank you for your time in reading my honest review of this customer exchange…. Please note, that I also made a direct phone call to this client and asked them why I received a one star review. I wanted to know what was wrong with the haircut service. They then proceeded to unrespond and hang up their phone, dismissing my question and phone call by ghosting.
