She did my hair a month ago in what was supposed to be knotless waist length braids. When she was finished my hair she didn’t hand me a mirror so I co...uld actually look at my hair and wasn’t able to until I got home. I contacted her to let her know that my hair wasn’t the length I requested and although it wasn’t it wasn’t any hard feelings because me being 5’10 I already knew this was a possibility this could happen, it’s hard to measure what is waist length on me sitting down. She apologized and refunded me the extra charge, which was $20, I assured her it wasn’t a problem and that she hasn’t lost a customer. Well apparently she doesn’t want me as a customer because she blocked me from making future appointments. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I wasn’t never rude to her and she wasn’t rude to me. I like the convenience of her location, price and that she supplied the hair. Show more
