10/10 experience with my hairdresser! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole appointment. Her room was very clean, cozy,... and had such a homey atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. My keratin treatment came out exactly as expected — smooth, beautiful, and definitely worth it. She explained everything well and made sure I was happy with the results.
