During the appointment, it became clear that additional hair would be needed to achieve the full look requested, and several options were offered, including scheduling a follow-up appointment to complete the style.
My goal was to work with you to find a solution and ensure you were satisfied. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an outcome that met your expectations. As outlined in my booking policy, deposits are non-refundable, and appointment time and services provided are covered under that policy.
