I wanted to better understand your and your sisters’ experiences during your visit. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding cleanliness. At both of our locations, we take hygiene and client safety very seriously. We clean and disinfect chairs, tools, and supplies between each client, sanitize our hands before and after every service, and ensure brows are cleansed of makeup or residue prior to threading or tinting. Please note that when performing tinting or henna services, it’s common for the product to lightly stain our hands, but this is not related to unwashed or unsanitized hands. We always disinfect before each service to maintain the highest standards. I hope this helps clarify our practices.
