I’ve been here a few times now, so I’ve gotten a good feel for what to expect. On the positive side, she is really nice and actually listens to what ...you want. I like that she doesn’t over-thin the brows and keeps the natural shape. The results usually look good, and I’ve been happy with the shape and thickness each time. My issue is mainly with cleanliness. I’ve noticed she holds the thread in her mouth while threading, and I’ve heard some pretty concerning things about bacteria transferring that way, especially because the pores are open right after the hair is pulled. What really got to me during my last visit was the lack of hand washing. Her nails looked dirty, and there was something on her hands (maybe makeup), which made it clear she hadn’t washed properly between clients. Using actual soap and water, switching to fresh thread, wiping down the chair between people, and placing something clean between each client would make a big difference. The price is fair for the good shaping, but honestly, the hygiene issue is what makes me unsure if I’ll go back. I want to return because she does brows well, but I also want to feel safe and clean when I’m there. If the cleanliness improved, I’d definitely keep coming and would recommend her to others. Right now, I’m on the fence and would just tell people to pay attention to the hygiene practices if they go. Show more

I wanted to better understand your and your sisters’ experiences during your visit. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding cleanliness. At both of our locations, we take hygiene and client safety very seriously. We clean and disinfect chairs, tools, and supplies between each client, sanitize our hands before and after every service, and ensure brows are cleansed of makeup or residue prior to threading or tinting. Please note that when performing tinting or henna services, it’s common for the product to lightly stain our hands, but this is not related to unwashed or unsanitized hands. We always disinfect before each service to maintain the highest standards. I hope this helps clarify our practices. The pro...cess was gentle and surprisingly not painful at all — which hasn’t always been the case for me elsewhere. She really took her time to shape my brows carefully and listened to what I wanted.
