I hate that I have to leave a bad review because I have gone to her before. This time (2yrs later) I came back expecting the same great service. My ha...ir was short, I let it grow out to the recommended 4inches. I blow dried my hair as any braided recommends. My hair is bleached & She was very rough combing my hair, I could feel the hair breaking in her small toothed comb as she pulled hair out to clear the comb. Once finished my braids did not look smooth & fresh from the root. she did not dip all my hair in hot water, barely used any oil, if any that I recall on my scalp. I booked for small/medium boho knotless braids. 1 week in, the whole back row of braids came out whole. Went on vacation out the country and nicely advised her that 6+ more braids came out. She tried to tell me after only a little over 2wks that I needed to book a touch up. I have never had to book a touch up in less that than a month for a touch up on any braids I have ever had; my hair doesn’t grow that fast. The braids had simply slipped out whole. (I feel like she knew my braids weren’t going to last) She called me and started yelling at me as if it was my fault that my braids came out. I simply texted her to say braids had come out and could she rebraid the 10+ braids that came out in less than 2+weeks. Once she called me; I advised her that I 1) paid a deposit 2) she did my hair & gladly accepted my $350 3) she is the braider & if my hair was too short she could have refused to braid my hair, which she did not do. After the back & fourth she finally agreed to rebraid the braids that came out. She did a quick rush job. I had knotless braids & she did box braids. I had a color blend;1b,27,613…all the replacement braids were one color;613 color. Also, I told her there was two more braids that came out on the other side of my head that she claimed she replaced/rebraided, got home n she didn’t..still two braids were missing smh. Long story short. Less than month in, my braids look 3 month old & now I’m having to look to get my braids redone,SMH. Overall,this is my experience & what happened when I booked on March 22nd until now. AGAIN, I sent you pictures of my hair length to make sure it was long enough & so if I lied (as you claim)… if my hair was shorter than 4inches, you should have refused service & YOU DIDNT!! 🥴🤷🏽‍♀️ (so I’m glad you gladly took my money and now claiming I lied 🤦🏽‍♀️ but exposing YOURSELF!!) 👏🏽 pictures don’t lie! Nene is very polite and professional, and baby those hands are blessed! She got me in and out her chair in 5 hours. I also love that she didn't use a ...lot of gel, and the gel she uses has quality ingredients. And she also used Blue Magic which I use on my hair as well. So yeah definitely recommend her! Show more
