Very disappointed and unprofessional. I was referred to Bella and I booked an appointment for my son. I met my son at his appointment, just to find ou...t Bella was not the one who was doing his hair. I was told Bella had an emergency and that is understandable. What I could not understand, is why I wasn’t notified prior to the scheduled appointment to inform me that she would not be available. Professionally, someone should have contacted me beforehand, therefore I could have made the decision whether to reschedule or not, instead of the decision being made for me and just moving forward with another stylist. Due to you are dealing with a teenager, the other stylist should have told my son to contact me and ask if it was ok do his hair due to the circumstances. Show more

Im sorry for the misunderstanding, it is important when booking that you read all booking details and information to insure full understanding and eliminate questions and discrepancies. I am a celebrity stylist and at any given time I will have to be on call and this is why I have a lovey assistant who I have trained to service my clients and their expectation
