Hi- I apologize for your issue. Please let me know if you’re able to come back in to fix your hair at no cost. I always recommend to bring in full bundles instead of cut up pieces to ensure the quality of the install. I’ll be happy to fix it at no cost. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Loved every minute of my experience. I shared how nervous I was about my hair after deciding to grow it out from a micro pixie. We talked health hair ...processes and beat treatments today and going forward. That’s one thing I absolutely loved. I never know what products to use or how to maintain hair beyond salon but Erica shared all best practices. Baby! The wash! Just get comfortable cause it’s a treat. That head massage can put you to sleep. She’s extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about hair care not just styling. Just check her social media, the hair was slayed hunty!
