Im sorry you were disappointed, not by my rules but rather the shop where I rent a station. I honored your booking/I did not turn you away. I would have loved to have you as a client but I don't think it's fair to me and my business to leave a bad review because you’re disappointed I can’t cut your child’s hair going forward. I believe these reviews are important to make sure the customer is provided a good safe/sanitary, timely quality haircut. That's exactly what you received. Respectfully.
