Sadly, we'll never go here again. We waited over 20 minutes for our scheduled appointment and Mark never even bothered to address us or tell us that ...he was running behind. We had other appointments that day and he made us pretty late. A pretty good haircut for my son, but certainly not worth the time it took! Show more
