Stevie asked a couple of questions and came up with a plan on the spot. He asked about tendencies for my hair and spokento his plan. I said go for it. Perfect end result! Definitely going back. Stevie has been cutting Jacob’s hair consistently every 6 weeks or so since he was a year old. With a wiggly toddler, not every visit was easy. But St...evie is always patient, kind, and had a solution. He has learned Jacob’s likes and dislikes. For instance he doesn’t like when his hair is sprayed for when he cuts the top so Stevie will spray his hands and then run it through his hair to get it wet. It’s those small things of paying attention to detail that matter, because now at 5 haircuts are smooth sailing and I believe it’s because of Stevie’s intentionality in seeing the person in front of him, getting to know them, and serving them well, and for this case no matter their age! Stevie gave both of my boys fantastic haircuts! He was also really kind. He went out if his way to work with one of his clients to allow our appoint...s to be back to back. I’d happily booked two appointments that weren’t back to back as that was all that was available. He did what he could to be be helpful with out being asked! We visit this barber shop once a year when we are in MA. The entire business and all of the barbers are fantastic! They take great pride in their craft! Show more
