Wish I could give zero stars. Would not recommend. My boyfriend booked her for vacation braids with a 4:30 PM appointment. No greeting or anything. Sh...e didn’t start until almost an hour later because she was still working on someone else’s hair, no apology or explanation for the delay. When she finally started, she rushed through the back and left the braids bulky and messy. I politely messaged her asking for a refund since we didn’t have time to go back for a fix. She left me on read. We won’t be booking again. Be careful if you choose to go to her. I told her we couldn’t say anything at the moment since we were already late because she made us wait almost an hour. We also didn’t notice just how messy it was until we were able to look at it better, which I explained to her multiple times. She offered to do 2-4 braids for him when we came back but why would we want to return when our first service was a mess AND you were late. The customer service overall was not good and you replying the way you did just shows that. I tried to handle this between us and you decided to not reply. Do not go to her ! When you don't like a service, you say so before leaving. You don't wait more than 5 hours to ask for a refund, and you've been offered more than one solution. I stopped responding to messages because you always spoke to me in a passive-aggressive way. I understand my mistake, but I offered solutions even though you didn't tell me in the store that you didn't like it so I could solve it right away at the moment.

Was about 2 hrs for 6 braids. She took her time and executed them very well. I’m surprised I didn’t shed a tear due to being slightly tender headed bu...t she did such a great job I didn’t even feel much discomfort at all.
