Had a service here a month ago that resulted in significant symmetrical straight razor abrasions on my neck (see photo, honestly it doesn’t do it just...ice). The barber did not acknowledge the injury during the service or when I returned the same day to have a fade corrected. I eventually received a refund for the tip, but not the service. A month later, these areas have developed into painful ingrown hairs due to the skin trauma. I’ve included my card receipts for verification. I gave the shop a chance to handle this internally, but the lack of accountability was disappointing.
