Nichole was very pleasant and I was in her chair within 10 minutes. My appointment was for hair color on natural hair. However, I received a call 30 m...inutes before my appointment asking what color I wanted and they were unsure if they had the color. I made my appointment weeks in advance so I found it unprofessional to call me at the last minute with these questions. In spite of that my service was great. My only issue I really have is that my color is not what I asked for. I requested a copper/ginger color and I ended up with a brownish red. Paying $150 when my hair is less than an inch long I expected to get the color I asked for. Now I’ll have to have it redone and pay again for the color I actually asked for and wanted. Show more

I Liked the atmosphere and the stylist and my hair. I didn’t appreciate the stylist getting her hair done by another stylist while I sat there after ...the dryer stopped and waited over 40 minutes til she got her hair done and then called me to her chair to take my roller set down. Show more
