Hello ma’am this Dnyc the barber which you referred to as not the most skilled barbered ok so I actually under charge you it’s 35 for regular all even haircuts and then 10$ for appointments which is in your email! I wish instead of writing a review you could’ve asked me why the price change and I would’ve told you why this occurred so 35 plus 10 is 45$ and you paid 40 which I thought I was looking out! On top of you didn’t like something you could say something about it right then and there so we can minimize any confusions! Plus we had a discrepancy the last time you was there and you didn't communicate the haircut or I didn't understand what you were saying I didn't charge you at all with a smile and apologized for the misunderstanding and miscommunication! (Referring to the paint) Saying on the review I don’t do anything extra and that was extra plus I do that to all my clients, it's on all my pictures on Booksy and is very much done in the barbering game. Again how am I supposed to know what you’re thinking if you don’t state that to me. It’s a shame that we will undermine our own when a conversation could’ve did it and could've made y'all experience greater but thanks anyway there are many better skilled barbers that can accommodate! So I wish I can show the text messages! This gentleman ask for a line up, which this is my second time cutting him. He has a alopecia on the side so I’m not sure how I can put a bald spot in his head! Secondly I told this gentleman I would fix anything and I go tno response. In fact, he blocked my number so how is it I didn’t acknowledge what he said! Sometimes I don’t understand the logic! Future customers or just someone looking over reviews, as a stylist, owner, or a small business please before you do a review, as these reviews today really effect our business, be mindful of that! Be accurate and also be a human being as we are human beings and may or may not make mistakes please give us an option to make things right and be accountable and aware of our actions before you tear down our business and worth!
