The worst of the worst. I booked on this site and she sent a text telling me she wanted to change the appointment 3 hours later. I called her and she ...explained she had another appointment. I said okay please text your address. She did not text her address so I went to the address on this site. When I got there she tells me to go to her house and sends that address. She was extremely rude and then hanged up on me. Note I did not give this girl the cuss out she deserved I’ll let karma deal with her. The energy was so off not sure if she has a mental illness but she is off and I did not want a crazy person touching my hair so I choose a refund. Show more

Honestly ! My clients know me very well! This lady I do not know. I’m not worried about this review I don’t think it going to do anything to my business negatively. If guys read my other reviews you guys will see that she’s just upset and want me to be a bad business. This person is leaving out how she decided to ignore me when I told her I need to reschedule her appointment to a later time because I had a client before her and I didn’t want the appointment overlapping. I stressed to her that I was doing a service that usually take me longer to do, because it's an a tideous job, and was also a housecall. I've been contacting her since Wednesday to let her know hey I need to push back your appointment. She doesn’t reply back and ignore my request. The next day , I put an exclamation mark on the previous texts I sent her on Wednesday and again she ignore me. Now y’all I never have this issue with my regular this also the reason I prefer to do men’s hair and stay away from doing women’s hair. And in the text messages she chose to only screen the shots that will make her argument seem strong, but left out the part where I contacted her and she never replied. But when it’s time to do her hair.. she’s talking to me like I work for her. I had 27 5 star ratings before she reviews it as 1 star. Please read my other review and look at my work ! Thank you don’t let one bad apple, ruin you decision just because they’re not happy.
