They were not ready for me when I arrived. The original stylist that was set to do my hair had her aunt come 30 minutes or so after arrival to do my h...air. She said she was going to do it but I guess she was too busy. I showed her and the aunt a picture of my hair. I was told they could do it the same. Unfortunately they did not style my hair the correct way. No real apology for wasting over 4 hours of my day. They tried to convince me to keep the style for a discounted rate which I declined so they cut the twist out out. I declined because it did not look good nor was it what I asked for. I would not go to this salon again or recommend it. Show more

Crochet braids

I have been to this location two times to give it a try. The prices are high compared to what's indicated on the website. They will change the price... after you get your hair done. First, I had knotless braids put in and they were uncomfortably tight the first week or so... and my scalp was sore or tender for the 7 weeks I kept them in. They looked really nice even at the 7th week but not very comfortable. Second time around, I brought hair with me to do crochet boho locs. I thought I'd get a different style this time around. Upon completion, I wasn't told that I didn't have enough hair so the woman braiding my hair pulled the sides back to cover up the flaw. The next day I took down the hair and was like "HELL NO". I had extra hair, I took to them and had them correct. It looks nice now but the front of my head is very tender. The braider put in individual locs in the front to give the hair a natural look. I have little scabs on my scalp because braider put them in way too tight. I had to take pain pills for a few days. It's been a week and a half since I got my hair done and it feels fine now. I will not use this place again. They braid way too tight for ME. I don't like scabs/bumps on my scalp. My natural hair is beautiful and I want to keep it that way. Show more

This was such a great experience! I was very anxious because this was my first time here and it was a word of mouth connection. I am so pleased I wi...ll be coming back when I take these out. My Senegalese twists are beautiful! Lola was very kind and very quick and efficient. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. I was done in three hours. She put it up in a bun and there is no tension around my edges at all. Super pleased and super excited to come back and do another style! THANK YOU LOLA & LAURETTE!! 1st time…… I was able to make an appointment the night before for an early morning slot. They text right away to confirm the appointment. I just wante...d something fast, 6-8 large cornrows at the most and was done in 1 hour and 30 minutes. They are nice, supplied quality hair, precise and proofs their work. I used the online booking that was fast and easy! When I was about 5 minutes away I received a call and the ladies wanted to know what color hair I... wanted so they could pull the hair but when I explained I wanted a candy cane peek-a-boo only on one side (lol) they said we have all types of colors and we will just let you look at them and pick when you come in. When I got there, they showed me a ton of colors to pick from and got started right away on my waist length knotless with a candy cane peek-a-boo, and I love the end results. I probably will stick to box braids in the future because of the shape of my head (I think they probably thought so too cause she asked me a couple of times, box or knotless 😆 🤣). Love the hair!
