You booked for a closure wig install, but you came with bundles. Its also states in my booking policy “dont book for one thing and come wanting a whole different styles because the time frames are different”. I wasnt about to push all my appointments back because you booked the wrong thing. Also, i still braided your hair down still tryna squeeze you in and you didnt reply. Sorry but business is business.
