Would not recommend. I never received the address to the salon location and I had to go through my bank to get my 75 dollar deposit back :(. Edit: I a...sked was hair included in the service and you said no which is fine. I can buy my own hair. Like I said you never sent the location to the appointment, I have no reason to lie. All you could have said was 'oh lets reschedule the appointment' or 'oh im not able to do your hair here let me give you your deposit back.' You did none of these things. Stop trying to make yourself look good when this is your fault for your lack of communication and you being unprofessional. You sent me one singular message ma'am. Also where did I say that I wouldn't pay for holiday pay??? I booked for Valentines day did I not? Girl bsff

You never responded back when i told you that i dont provide the hair for your braids. You thought you were getting $150 box braids and you wanted me to buy the hair after you never added the service for me to provide the hair. Also you didnt want to pay extra because you booked on a holiday & it was obvious you didnt read the booking policy before booking. Thats why you really didnt reply back. & also you never asked for the address after i txtd you back. Also ill be uploading the messages.

I was unable to get my hair done. My closure was pre bleached and plucked. Instead of rescheduling my appt. I received no response to my calls or text... until I requested a refund. The address on the site is not the address to go to which I asked an hour before on where to go to. She wanted me to drop off the closure for customization after 8pm. I was trying to be nice and handle it with her but she didn’t want to take ownership to not answering any calls when I said I was there. I advised usually the information for the service is under the service or a message comes after you book. I called the number on the site and the number she texted me on for her to state that she could have did my hair but I had to work. Which I did not have to work until 12 still could have been done if she called or answered the phone.

Show all the messages when i been trying to accommodate you since yeaterday when I really was supposed to cancel your appointment. My booking policy states to bring your closure, frontal, or wig a 2-5 days before, and i still was trying to do your hair but just at a later time not when you wanted it done. Im not pushing back the rest of my appointments for you when you was my first client. No ma’am thats not fair to the rest of my clients. Sorry its just business. & all deposits are non-refundable. Which you wouldve knew if you read the booking policy. I sent you my address the day before and waited on you to bring your closure til 1am just for you to say sorry i fell asleep at 3:30am. Im not wrong, take accountability.
