You never responded back when i told you that i dont provide the hair for your braids. You thought you were getting $150 box braids and you wanted me to buy the hair after you never added the service for me to provide the hair. Also you didnt want to pay extra because you booked on a holiday & it was obvious you didnt read the booking policy before booking. Thats why you really didnt reply back. & also you never asked for the address after i txtd you back. Also ill be uploading the messages.

Show all the messages when i been trying to accommodate you since yeaterday when I really was supposed to cancel your appointment. My booking policy states to bring your closure, frontal, or wig a 2-5 days before, and i still was trying to do your hair but just at a later time not when you wanted it done. Im not pushing back the rest of my appointments for you when you was my first client. No ma’am thats not fair to the rest of my clients. Sorry its just business. & all deposits are non-refundable. Which you wouldve knew if you read the booking policy. I sent you my address the day before and waited on you to bring your closure til 1am just for you to say sorry i fell asleep at 3:30am. Im not wrong, take accountability.
