I’ve visited a few braiders in Sheboygan and honestly this is the only shop I’ll go back to. I’ve been coming here for a couple years for my braids, p...assion twists, and the occasional silk press. Kee Kee is always flexible and accommodating even when I bring the wrong hair 😆. Her knotless braids come out beautifully every time. Probably my favorite. It’s refreshing to see someone so young who cares about their craft and has the business sense to run their own shop. Show more

First of all let me say, I loved the result of my hair upon leaving the salon. It was my first visit to the salon and KeeKee did an awesome job!!! Th...e problem? I booked my appointment for 10:30 am. I was told I had to pay a deposit of $30 (instead of $25) because of the extra half hour she would have to open the salon . OK, $5 more dollars, I wasnt loving it, but I needed my hair done so whatever. The list price of my services was $80. When I prepaid the $30 two days before my appointment, the woman behind the counter told me the $30 would go toward the total cost of services. Makes sense, right? Wrong!! The stylist told me the $30 I prepaid was not going toward the cost. She explained that it was a service fee, not a deposit and that I would have to pay the full cost of $80, making my out of pocket cost $110!! I was not happy about that because as a first time customer I should have been given some leeway and told going forward, here are the rules. That would have been a good business practice, especially to a new comer. I was told one thing by one person, and another by some one else. It made me feel all they cared about was first time money and not establishing me into their customer base. It's the principle of the matter, I guess. I am new to Sheboygan and live nearby. I thought I found my Sheboygan hair salon right in my own neighborhood. Disappointing. So thats why the 3 star review. Show more

You were explained everything and you asked to change your appointment from 4pm to a early morning appointmet. Mind you the stylist already had a client booked that morning so the only available spot was at 10:30 AM. Any services booked before 11 AM is required to pay a earlybird service fee which you were explained. If you didn’t want to pay the service fee, you could have just picked another day but you assist on getting your hair done that day! Have a blessed day keep the negativity off my booking site!
