I usually judge someone based on the second time meeting because the first time they're trying to impress you, the second time is their real personali...ty. First time my lashes were gorgeous with the hybrid lashes. This time i got mega volume lashes...when i tell you to run and not walk to get your lashes done, i mean it! She does very good work and has reasonable prices. She's very kind and provides water and bathroom breaks. I don't get my lashes done all that often but she's making me want to get them done more often. Ruth is just great, ya'll. Trust me. Show more
