I went in thinking that I was going to have to "big chop" because of my hair being damaged and breaking off. Once I got in Ms Cotton's chair she took ...the time to look at my hair. She didn't just start cutting. She explained to me that all I needed was my split ends cut and some TLC. There was no need to cut all of my hair off. She could of just cut my hair and took my money, but instead she educated me on what my hair needed, what type of products to use, how often I should be cutting my ends, etc. Don't get me started on her washing my hair. She has some magic hands... lol. She also makes her own natural products as well, which she used on my hair. She was so genuine and had such good energy✨️ 10/10 service. Show more
