I had an appointment scheduled on 12/20/23 ahead of time and he had to reschedule due to a personal matter. Informed me that he would do it on Friday ...12/23/23 instead. I messaged him twice to make sure and confirm my appointment and he did not answer me. He has yet to reach out to apologize for the inconvenience he caused. Overall he is a great barber but very disappointed with his lack of communication regarding this situation. Reply to the barbers response: I hate to do this but I will not tolerate being lied on. As you can see in the screenshots, he mentioned nothing about his brother passing. If that is the case then I send my sincere condolences. You can also see he read my messages twice and did not respond back. Again, I’m only disappointed with the fact that he did not communicate with me regarding the rescheduling of the new appointment. Sorry i had to see this one star review I made sure everyonee had a tex message, i had to burry my brother that morning im pretter sure everyone got it.. it was a tough day for me and i still came back to work.. i stood to 12 pm working makeung sure everyone was ok..but I appreciate the feed backk
