Had an appointment for one service, but needed to change it for Wash, Condition flat iron. Let me just say other stylist would probably be huffy & puf...fy about the change and it affecting the scheduling etc. Alessandra is always warm and hospitable, super accommodating. About the shampoo Yes again and again. She takes her time and explained my trim and the state of my hair which I loved. I left feeling like I’m in great hands. See my first service and now my blow out and iron. It’s a rainy day so don’t mind fly away. Show more
