Very disappointed in my experience which is disheartening because I’ve gotten my hair done by her before and she’s a sweet person. Booked bohemian bra...ids with human hair throughout and braided passed back length. My hair did not last 1 full day. By the next day after my appointment the hair was coming out in balls, and then curls started slipping out of the braids. This was a Friday, and the hair shedding/curls falling out continued over the weekend. China and I agreed to meet Tuesday late afternoon so that she was able to fix my hair which would have been great. Unfortunately she overslept, which is very unprofessional and not an excuse. I waited an hour to get my hair fixed and she never showed up-no communication. Afterwards when I did finally hear from her 2 hours later, she offered for me to come back again. Which is inconvenient as it’s out of my way, and I already did my part to show up at an agreed upon time. I told her I was uninterested in returning, and if there were other options to reconcile the situation. We were not able to reach an agreement. She refunded me $55 (for the curly hair only because that’s the only issue she will address, though there are MULTIPLE issues with the braids) for a $270 style that did not last 1 full day but is supposed to last up to 6 weeks. Unacceptable and extremely disappointing. On top of that I gave her an extra $70 on top of my hair to support her yoga sets, you’d think she’d be more willing to make the situation right. My mom is a regular client of hers, got the same braids done March 22nd and took them down last night. For the same issues multiple of her curls have fallen out of her braids, the ends of her braids look terrible, the braids unraveling etc. So she got just over 2 weeks of wear, still not 6 weeks. We’ve both wasted money and now need to shell out more money to get our hair re-done elsewhere. She also uses white nail glue on black braids that give the illusion of lint being all through your braids!!! I will never be back, beware! ***in reply to china*** I was NOT offered for my braids to be re-done. She offered to fix the curls, we set a time for her to do that, and she “overslept” at 5 pm and never showed up to fix my hair. She offered for me to take my hair down and get a new style, which she specified could not Be any type of knotless braids. I clearly want braids right now which is why I got them-so why would I accept a style I don’t want, that’s lesser in value, and won’t last as long as my braids should have. She also offered for me to cut the curls out myself and to just wear the braids. Which I told her is not feasible due to the state of the braids. As shown in the pictures, and many others that I’ve taken. The braids themselves are raggedy. They’re unraveling, some are blunt cut at the bottom, they’re not properly done at the ends at all. Also I WANTED boho braids so why would I be satisfied with the suggestion to cut my curls out and just wear the braids, and I can’t even I wanted to. It’s excuses and lies. Don’t let these stylists scam you out your money. $55 refund for $270 braids that did not last a day is crazy, but it’s okay you reap what you sow. And I let it go cause she needs the money more than I do. Good luck! Show more

As far as yours I apologized offered to redo them, offered you a entirely new style. I bent over backwards for you to make it right. You can’t make everyone happy and this was the best example of that. Every text you sent I replied was nice clear about everything. Thanks for the times we were able to spend!
