Princess is so sweet!!!! I was having a bit of trouble with my appointment time, because life happens and she worked with me… she was very professiona...l, clean environment and all around AMAZING with what she does. My hair is on the shorter end and I wanted color but my hair was a bit damage. Princess knows what she doing cause she loved on my hair. Like my hair felt good, it felt happy and the color OHMYGAWD!!!!😍 I know it sounds like hype but you really wouldn’t understand unless you’ve booked with her. She knows what she’s doing and it shows. So shoot out to my new stylist cause I’m never going back lol!! Show more

First off, I wanna say thank you to Chan. Her customer service skills are excellent! She responds back within mins. She doesn’t leave you on read and ...is not rude at all. The day of my appointment she was on time and she has great vibes. She loves her job and doesn’t care about how long it takes or anything. She is very patient, funny and warm hearted. I can’t wait to book my first retwist appointment. I couldn’t have picked a better person to do my instant locs. Show more
