First time. Reyna was so sweet and gentle. This was the most expensive haircut I've ever had. She talked to me first about what I wanted which was gre...at. I didn't see myself in the mirror until the end. I said I didn't want shoulder length and unfortunately, that's what she did. I did play it off at the end just being in shock. I sadly do not like my cut and the price just adds to it 😔 Show more
