When you have a new customer you should probably not give them to a worker with zero experience. This is the worst set Iv ever gotten. Totally rushed ...and Careless. I will have to go somewhere to get this fixed. Glue all over my fingers and hands too!!! Show more

First of all I’m sorry for your unexpected service at my salon. I’m Aya who is manager and I'm a the one finished your nails at the end. I put your appointment to one of my staffs because I want to give her more opportunity to do Gel-X to have move experiences but turned out you are not really happy with her work, so I jumped in to finished your nail. I didn’t get any notice about your time frame so I took more time to made your nails in perfect. However, I’m sorry for my staff and for your time mess up some how.
