nice guy but he didnt listen when i specifically said i wanted to keep length/bulk on my hair and said only cut off 1 inch at most. ended up cutting o...ff roughly 3 inches and flattened the back of my head. hair only remotely looked fine after because i had to rewash and comb out my hair Show more

Thanks for the feedback, but you left out the part where I let you know that I’d have to cut more than what you wanted to make everything the same length since you were having issues with your hair being uneven from previous haircuts. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have cut off more than what you requested. Next time I recommend saying you're not satisfied with the haircut instead of saying it looks good after handing you the mirror, so I can either make changes or in this case not charge you for the haircut.
