I went to get Knotless braids on 3/23/2022 paid 120 but should have been cheaper due to the crooked and low quality braids she did. Plus her shop is n...asty and stinks she needs to do better quality braiding this is her brand. I will not be back and suggest others to not go to her because whew👎🏿 Show more

I got my hair twisted for my birthday and was leaving to go on vacation a few days later. I scheduled an appointment in advance and she was not ready ...to honor that. She talked about getting a 2nd braider who took over an hour to reach. She stopped doing someone else’s hair to start on mine once she saw I was waiting for too long. Princess kept saying how she doesn’t recommend twists and how it doesn’t last long. I don’t know who asked her for her opinion and if you’re a good braider, that shouldn’t fall out your mouth at all. She kept trying to enforce braids and I told her no. She also quoted me a price over the phone and changed it while I was there. Luckily I brought extra money for tip. Once the second stylist came in she didn’t it too big and loose. Before cleaning me up and finishing my hair the 2nd lady started asking for tip. It was over with after that. They were fighting and arguing while I was still in the shop over that. I didn’t tip because she increased the price and that was her tip money originally. A few days later, luckily while around family, my twists (from what the 2nd lady did) fell out. All of them started sliding out. I was so devastated and embarrassed. I will never come back with all the unprofessionalism experienced. Show more

Okay, so when I first contacted the shop I asked could they do Marley Twists and do they provide the hair. Most shops don’t provide the hair for Marle...y twist. She said yes and I sent her a picture of the colors I wanted. Fast forward to the day of, My appointment was scheduled for 9 I got there at 8:50 there was no one there, but she showed up a couple minutes later okay cool things happen. Next I’m sitting in the chair I see the hairstylist prepping NON Marley hair. So I remind hair of what style I’m getting she says “you didn’t tell me you were getting Marley Twist” I say “Ma’am I’ve been getting Marley twist for the last 3 years I know I said Marley Twist.” Then she proceeds I didn’t AGAIN. I’m not going to argue I just say “okay my bad maybe I didn’t” knowing that I said Marley twist on the phone and sent a picture. So she says she has to wait for another stylist to come in because she has to go buy the hair. That should’ve been my first sign to get up and leave. The stylist didn’t arrive until 10, she left to go get the hair she came back around 10:30. Then she proceeded to tell me how expensive the hair is and blah. As they are Brading my hair the lady in the back are making HUGE parts and the one in the back is making very small parts. I ask the lady in the front to make hair parts bigger, she does. Oh wait I forgot about they KEPT arguing over how to do my hair the proper way, (second sign). Next they run of hair and I notice that they are mixing different kinds of colors and brands of hair in my head. Then she says repeatedly “I’m not going back to the store” this whole time I’m am very very quite. There is WAY to much hair on my head because of the uneven parts, their are mixed hair in my head I got my hair done two maybe three weeks ago and I have lost a total of 10 braids. Oh an with Marley hair your supposed to braid alll the way to the bottom because the hair doesn't hold water, instead of twisting all the way to the bottom she braids it, so when I got home I had to fix that. When I contacted the owner(which is one of the people who did my hair) all she said was she can give me a discount on my NEXT service TUH do you really think I’m coming back. Honestly I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. The are unprofessional and the skills are not there. Literally go to ANY other shop besides this one. Absolutely trash. UPDATE, this hair style that is supposed to be protective TOOOK OUT MY Edges, Literally pull out while I was sleeping SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BECAUSE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. And you can keep deleting my comment this is saved in my notes I’ll just keep posting it, instead of trying to hide your horrible work fix it. Show more
