Shampoo, deep conditioner, blow out and Trim

I had looked for a place to get my hair cut for a month or so before deciding on pampered texture. This was my first time ever getting my hair profess...ionally cut and it was incredibly unhealthy and uneven due to me only cutting it on my own until this appointment. I had felt nervous to get my hair professionally cut because most hair stylists in the Fargo area don’t specialize in my hair type (what i believe to be 4c), and if they do, they specialize in braiding or wig services. But I decided to just trust that it would work out with pampered texture. The first green flag was that she checked if I had any scalp issues before doing anything with my hair. The wash, deep condition, and blow dry were all very relaxing. She communicated exactly how much hair she planned to cut off and did a great job with it. Not only all that, but my hair has never felt straighter, silkier, and healthier in my life. I left her salon with more confidence than Ive had in months. I had seen lots of horror stories on tiktok of people getting silk presses and their hair not reverting. I, of course, felt some of these same worries because her straightener was a lot more heavy duty than my little one, which is clearly for a reason. But after a couple weeks, my hair reverted back to curly just like before! So for anyone like me whose hair needs some extra care or who might be worried, pampered texture is a great choice!
