Awful, I called her 3 times because my GPS took me to a different address. I called her before the appointment. And two times after my appointment. Sh...e finally answers at 3:27 and said she can’t take me because I’m late and she had someone after me. I drove two hours and I told her and she still said she could not take me. I was so angry. I’ve been a few times before but I took it as since I’m not a regular she did care. I was very disappointed! If I could put 0 stars I would. Show more
