She’s always professional. Her service and quality of work has always been consistent. And the precision of her parts is unmatched. Very nice job of doing my hair, she asked what style I wanted and though I didn’t have a particular style in mind I just wanted my hair to be all put ...away she gave me some barrel twists that went into two loc petal buns. Very cute style!! Got a lot of compliments already. I enjoyed her service only thing I want to comment on is the wash- only one product was put into my hair and that was it. I don’t wash my hair unless I’m getting it done so I know it was dirty. Just wish it was more thoroughly washed, but she did massage my scalp nicely. I will book again and recommend. Show more

I texted the stylist just two days before booking my appointment and arrived at their Booksy listed location at the time of. Upon arrival, I was greet...ed by a locked door and silence for 4 minutes before I decided to call my stylist. I received no answer, and called the listed business line. On the phone, I was told that my phone number was incorrect and she had another client lined up so she would force-reschedule me. All of this just hours before my maternity shoot. She was adamant that I was incorrect for choosing to go to her listed location at the time of my appointment although her booking site has changed multiple times, and I have always went to her listed location. Her location is purposely obscured on Booksy until you receive a “deposit receipt” after sending a CashApp payment. Therefore you cannot find this business without first paying for the location of the stylist. I was one of her “first clients” as I was told, but this encounter was very unfulfilling as I was blamed entirely for missing my appointment and was not rescheduled. I was ridiculed for going to her last known location and after I informed her that it sent me to the wrong place, she was defensive and equipped a condescending tone via text, once again adamant that my app was somehow wrong and “it’s been telling everyone else the correct location.” I was hurt by this, as I have to reschedule something else that meant the world to my partner, all within 5 days before her due date. It has now been 23 hours, I have no rescheduled appointment as told, no maternity shoot, and the Booksy location is changed but still incorrect. I haven’t had issues with this stylist at all before this and I respected her and her work immensely, but this situation has left me hanging and confused. What is usually a smooth and simple streamlined process through Booksy, is now entirely on the consumer’s chance of reading the details of her page beforehand and receiving a text from her instead of going to her business location at the time of your appointment, god forbid you had to replace your phone after falling off of a ladder last week. LOL I was going to ignore this review but I just CANT believe you denetrius, your right you have been a client for a while and I don’t think you’ve EVER left a review 😂 so for this to be the FIRST review you leave even after i allowed you to get a service for your gender reveal w an IOU that was payed MONTHS after you promised it would be, I just find it funny you didn’t rush to tell the world about that part. Furthermore your right you have been a client for a while and my rules from day 1 have always been no deposit no appointment you didn’t submit a deposit so technically you didn’t have an appointment in addition to that young man you called me at and was 8min away, but your hair wasn’t even taken down, which would've pushed the apt out even later then it already was that is why I wasn't I able to make the apt wrk, asked you to screenshot me what you seen on your end so that I could email booksy about the map situation because on my end I did what I was supposed to do, & it was an issue with the app I not once blamed you for anything, Ig that’s why you cropped the messages tho to attempt and make your lie seem realistic. Lastly I told you to rebook your own appointment and you said ok you never said anything else after that I never blocked you or denied you of an appointment and I gave you the address as well. All still without a deposit,
