To my future clients: one thing about the type of stylist I am, I take great pride in my work and i do everything I can to ensure my clients are happy and satisfied by the end of their visit. I was informed that after 48 hours of completing this style, her twists started to completely unravel. Being that the first day of school is approaching for these kids, I personally wouldn’t want to see anyone starting school with an “incomplete” look. I informed this client she can come at the end of the day but her schedule was conflicting. I understand the importance of the first day of school so I offered her a house visit, free of charge but after I leave the salon today. She agreed but assumed because she hadn’t heard from me within a time frame that wasn’t established, I wasn’t going to take care of her at all, then she wrote this review. I work in a 24 hour salon, it is back to school weekend. The moment I finished, I reached out. I did try to resolve this and unfortunately, my effort was not enough to satisfy this client. I will post a picture of the final look in my gallery. & Again I apologize to you ma’am for the inconvenience.
