I must say this review is concerning. If I could give a client experience review, I would rate this woman a zero as well. She came in saying her childs father started his locs and she knows absolutely NOTHING about locs at all. Initially, she told me to keep the parts, so as I finished the first 2 rows, I showed her, she said “I guess thats right. I don’t know anything about this kinda style. It’s all his father.” I said ok. I offered to add a double strand twist for free after she mentioned it was his first retwist (later found out it was his 3rd or 4th). As I moved on to the top portion, his parts werent as uniformed as the back SO I SHOWED HER the difference . She continued to say she doesn't know. So we finished, she said it was ok, her son loved it, and I was paid. The following week she reached out asking for a refund but given it’s been a few days, and now she’s saying I ruined and washed out his locs is incorrect. I purchase high end products to ensure a good hold and minimal build up. That pic she added looks like some kinda of other product was used, causing the flaking. I never have those issues. I denied her refund and offered them an opportunity to come back and fix it. She was very nasty and rude and her lack of knowledge was the problem. The original pic should have been sent to me to reference the parts. Any who, it's ok! I’d suggest allow his father to communicate with the next stylist in the future. 😁
