I went and it was extremely busy, which wouldn’t have been a problem if I had actually gotten my hair done. I showed 15 minutes early to my appointmen...t and the receptionist told me that my stylist wasn’t there because of a flat tire and there were 3 people in front of me. She then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t get my deposit back even though me not being able to get my hair done wasn’t my fault. She took me to a different stylist next door to do my hair but I never got my money back from an incident that wasn’t my fault. 0/10 would NOT recommend and I’m never going back Show more

Very unprofessional. Highly would NOT recommend! Started 15mins late because she was doing her own hair. Complained the WHOLE time while doing mines.... Asked if she could do a style she confirmed she could and then eventually “forgot” and gave me not what I asked for picture below with inspiration. She STOPPED braiding my hair and started working on her own. Really wished I walked off, should have, but didn’t want to discourage her work. When finished, she cut a lot of my real hair! Bad trim , bad cut , bad experience, bad everything! You know, you did me bogus. Black hair is mine. Brown is inspired. Show more
