Make. Your. Appointment. The best service I could ask for! I went online to make an appointment thinking it would be a few days to a week out at least.... I was so excited to see there was an opening as soon as an hour from when I booked. Upon arriving I was greeted by the nicest receptionist who was very welcoming and bubbly which made the experience a lot easier! I was taken back within minutes and had the easiest first experience. My waxer was efficient and made a ton of conversation which took my mind off of what was happening. What I appreciate the most is how open everyone was about the service. Talking about it as such a normal thing took all of the awkwardness out of the appointment. Both the waxer and receptionist were extremely helpful in recommending products and aftercare as well as explaining when I should come back for another appointment. The girls were fabulous! 100% recommend this business based on their customer service alone. The excellent results of the wax are an added bonus! Show more

Changed from the River park center by accident, and I'm so glad I did. This adorable little center is perfect. My specialist is awesome! I'm afraid to... say her name because then she will be impossible to get a spot with! I've had so many terrible ones at the other spot I would just keep trying new ones hoping I would find the perfect girl! Finally!!! The ladies up front are sweet too! Show more
