Yes ma'am, I was thoroughly late due to my daddy duties. No excuses that's why you saw the baby with me. U asked me to make a straight line because other barbers could not. In my opinion , no it was not clear to make a line directly on the top line of the tattoo. So I created and a line as straight as possible with what it is u brought to me. I thoroughly apologized for my misunderstanding and said don’t worry about paying because I saw we were unclear on your directions. I DONT CHARGE FOR ANYTHING before the cut or through Booksy other than cancellations and no shows. If u would like your $10 that I didn’t even kno you were charged I can send it to IMMEDIATELY. Please don't make it seem like I'm robbing my clients. I understand u didn't like the cut but don’t make me seem like a horrible person please and thank you🫱🏾‍🫲🏽🫡 But for a visual the cut would've had stubble from the line of the tattoo which is also not straight to the remainder of the hair which would’ve made the cut look even worse

I apologize for your experience. I did mention to u I was running a cut behind which was excluding the cut in the chair. But I do hope you’re able to find someone who can take care of your needs.
