Terrible experience!!! I arrived for my appointment at 1.15pm and there is someone getting a haircut. He tells me his falling behind so I wait patient...ly only to find out when he wraps it up that I have to wait for 2 more people to get haircuts before me even though I had an appointment. This especially when I just considered to give it another shot as the last time out he called me a day before my appointment to cancel. Disrupted my plans that week really bad. He knows how to cut hair but terrible customer service at least from my experience. Show more

I apologize for your experience. I did mention to u I was running a cut behind which was excluding the cut in the chair. But I do hope you’re able to find someone who can take care of your needs.
