This was my first time going to Platinum Luxe and I had a great experience. I got a silk press and trim. The environment was serene and Jacarra did an... excellent job on my hair. She didn’t cut off too much, just what was needed and my hair felt soft and amazing when Ieft. I'll definitely be going back. Prices are reasonable and I like that I didn’t have to wait and I was the only person she was working on during my appointment. Show more

What more can I/we say? Jacarra has been growing and maintaining both myself and my daughter’s hair for years now. Very professional. No waiting. When... it’s your appointment, she ready!! Which puts her on a pedestal for that alone. But the skills put her in a league by herself. Hate leaving this review because I don’t want everyone else filling up all the limited spots now.
