Bill’s place is always clean and respectable. Bill Jr. is attentive, never rushed, and pays attention to detail. I’ve returned biweekly for the last c...ouple months and he always remembers the type of cut he last did and respectfully asks if I’m looking for the same. Conversation is clean and relevant to the environment, and always a pleasure. I have yet to have a negative experience in the establishment. Show more
