While my haircut by Ruthy is perfect, the highlights were orangey/brassy in the crown of my head. Ruthy saw this mistake while she was doing my hair a...nd asked me to contact her to fix, if needed. I contacted Ruthy twice to fix my hair and no reply. I also paid more than twice the price she has posted on Booksy, over $200. A simple reply and rectifying the problem would have been an easy solution. Now I have to pay more even more money to go to a different salon for a color correction. Fademasters is an established, well rated babe we franchise and it is disappointing that they have a stylist who does not adhere to business standards and ethics. UPDATE: Ruthy did contact me after leaving this review and apparently the contact phone number on the Booksy site was not correct. I do appreciate her contacting me to resolve the problem! :) Show more
