NO RESPECT FOR TIME. Appointment was for 1:30pm and I waited 40 minutes for my turn. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING AN APPOINTMENT if YOU CANT HONOR IT?!... Mind you I was on my lunch break. No care for customers time. He asked me if it was okay to wait a little longer because he had someone else to do. I told him that I had an appointment for 1:30pm. His response was that he cant do anything about it. What was the point of me making an appointment and then asking me if I’m okay with waiting a-little longer. Once my cut was done, I zelled him the usual price $40, and he switched up the price on the spot and said it is $45 now! He charged me $5 more because he didn’t like my response for taking me late. Very disrespectful!!! I will not be going back here anymore, learn how to respect peoples time!! Show more
