I am not one to leave negative reviews and I was hesitant to even leave this review because John is a nice guy and I’m not trying to bash him as a bar...ber/stylist. I went to him for foil highlights and ended up with very odd looking results. He didn’t take the product in many areas to the root nor did he blend them appropriately at all so they look super chunky and unnatural and red in areas. (I do have some box color on my roots so I know that can happen but it can usually be minimized if you are knowledgeable enough about color and how to deal with it.)He also did not appropriately tone the hair afterwards and said the bleach had a toner in it. So now there are orange highlights all over and it needs to be fixed.. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else, and now I have to spend an additional 150-200 to fix this. He did offer to bring me back in to help with the red but I wasn’t comfortable after what happened. I’m sure he’s an awesome barber I just don’t think women’s hair and blonding is his thing at all.
