Good afternoon, I'm sorry that you were not fully satisfied with your haircut. To clarify a few things, you came to the appointment 29 minutes late to begin with. I moved my next client a few minutes to service you. When I finished the cut I asked you if the cut was fine and you said it was great while looking in the mirror in multiple angles and proceeded to tip me $15 and did not mention the razor which is now confusing since you said this was a “whack and unfinished cut” on your comment. As far as the location, the shop location is posted in the app and no one has ever had an issue with finding the shop as long as we’ve been in business. I texted you personally to find a solution on how to make your experience better than it was and you refused the offer which is understandable which led me to respond with “God bless you” which, funny enough, is the opposite of “God punish you”. I understand you did not enjoy your experience but please do not fabricate issues that did not occur. I will accept fault where it’s due but I will not tolerate attempts to defame my image due to lies. And with that being said, God bless you.
