HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. She will CANCEL on you while you’re on your way to your appointment. I was referred to her through a friend & my FIRST & last tim...e booking with her, she canceled 30 minutes before my appointment, when I was already on my way, then said she would do it the next day. When I text her the next day, she didn’t respond. Then I had to request my deposit back on CashApp the day after her not texting me back just for her to send my deposit back. I was supposed to go OT that week & cancelled my trip because my hair wasn’t done & I couldn’t find anyone available last minute. Thank god I have a head full of hair & have been doing my own hair since 2012 but that’s not the case for everyone. NOT ONLY THAT, I found out from my friend that referred me, that she canceled my friend’s mom appointment at the last minute that SAME WEEK as well. I was so excited to get my hair done because I am a natural (Afros, twist outs, puffs, etc.) and only really get my hair done like once or twice a year but this is why I do/wear my own hair & makeup. I was very upset & disappointed. I won’t be back be back but she gone cancel on the wrong person one day, that got her shop address. Show more

Great Braider but poor communicator. Twice I had appts and she didn’t show up. I arranged childcare and had somewhere to be afterwards both times. So,... I had to find a last minute appointment. Also for one braiding appointment I was 5 min away and she asked to move it an hour ahead. Show more
