I came in asking for layers and curtain bangs for my naturally curly hair, and unfortunately, I left really disappointed. From start to finish, the se...rvice felt rushed and half-hearted — the hair wash was minimal, the trim felt careless, and the blow-dry didn’t do my curls justice at all. When I got home, my hair looked underwhelming, and just a few hours later it was clear that the cut lacked structure and attention to detail. I expected more based on the consultation, and this definitely didn’t meet my expectations. I won’t be returning. Show more
