GISELLE G Mercado I want to thank you for being a transfer client for the past 2 yrs.Obviously, you loved my service.I've been nothing but professional,quality works,& offers great prices.No wonder why U & many other clients follow me to PSL.Some of U drive over 3 hrs to get your retie done by me.I'm very grateful🙏.I did my sisterlocks training in ATL,GA (5 days in 2018).You can go on the sisterlocks website & search for my full name. I WENT TO PBSC for cosmetology. I don't need a license to do natural hair cause I am not using any chemicals. But I learned how to properly care for natural hair & to properly clean my tools.You're not a loyal client.Your last retie was 10/2024. You're well aware of my policy & how my schedule works. I respect my clients' time, & i ask the same of U. I work on a tight schedule, & that's why I list the info U need to know when booking an appointment. I kindly ask everyone to book the right service if U know your retie is overdue & need repair, so I can have enough time to complete it in 1 session.You chose to ignore my policy & that wasn't your 1st time doing so. B4 I started your retie, i was upfront with U abt not having enough time to complete it in 1session cause I have clients booked after U, you agreed for me to proceed.I wish you had told me beforehand so i could have rearranged the schedule to make time for U. Instead,U got angry,& U were disrespectful to me in front of my family, & didn't want to come back.You're just wacko & tacky😏.
